Leoné Martin is a Minister in Training at Cannon Street Memorial Baptist Church, Birmingham. She is currently studying Theology at Spurgeon’s College in London. She is passionate about using her gift as a Minister of the word and her commercial experience to advance the Kingdom of God. Her mission is to help people reach their full potential in and through Christ.
Graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Marketing Management, she then went on to gain a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing and an IDM Diploma in Direct and Digital Marketing. As an experienced marketer, Leoné has worked with a range of international brands within the technology, retail and financial services industries including Intel, Halfords and HomeServe.
Leoné has experience working in the corporate sector as a Senior Innovation Manager responsible for helping to shape the future of the organisation by creating and taking new products and services to market that create great customer value. She has invaluable insights into how digital technology can be harnessed to deliver an exceptional customer experience and develop the business models of the future.
As a lead associate at AKD Solutions, an international learning and development company, Leoné developed and delivered transformational learning experiences for global and national brands such as the Holiday Inn, British Medical Journal and Mears.
Leoné is passionate about using her skills to impact the wider community and in 2014, founded Social Enterprise Saturday, a 12-month marketing training programme for Social Entrepreneurs. Leoné also worked alongside a Christian social engagement project called LOUD to create the Enterprise Academy, supporting the local business community through business networking events and the Lions Den Enterprise competition.
As the founder of Purpose Partners Leoné is excited about creating a platform that helps to connect Kingdom projects with Kingdom people, supporting them with the tools and resources they need to fulfil their purpose and potential.
